A tale of two customers today, one who is outstandingly happy, the other not so happy. I can understand why, and we are doing a lot to put it right, he is however not helping at the moment and that is really starting to annoy me.

And breathe. This was a shot out of the car window on the way back from seeing the happy customer. I know I have blipped this before but never at 30mph ;)

So a first go with Silver Efex, I have to say it is much easier to get results than using LR. Clearly I have overdone this!
