He guys hope all is well. Im ok apart from this hip its really getting to me. I managed a full walk this afternoon and half a tiny one after are evening meal but I didn't go on the morning walk as I was going to have a day off docs orders and all that.... but I couldn't stay in I had to get out as if I stop this progress for even a day I could easily revert back to my old ways. It really is that easy. Mum came to cheer me up and I did us some nice wraps it was good to catch up :) Dave was out at snooker and he won so he was happy when he got home. I only just blipped this as not had chance to do anything else today but tomorrow I will make a big effort and get a worthy blip cant wait to get out and about with my new friend AKA camera ahaha
