Lunch at the Lake of Menteith Hotel

Anne had originally intended for this to be her last week at work, but it was always optimistic given her pregnancy induced hypertension. Rest is what is required. As this is my last week at home before starting a 3 month contract in London we are going to try to make the most of it, as far as we can without having to walk anywhere.

It was a lovely sunny day so after Orla went to nursery we drove out to the Lake of Menteith Hotel for lunch. It was virtually empty so we got a great seat with a view out onto the lake. Very nice food - I had a steak. We went out onto the lawn afterwards and got this photo. It was cold but nice in the sun.
