Yew Berries
Not always easy to spot …… yew trees are generally quite large with dark green needles and the highly poisonous berries grow very close to the rather spindly branches.
Yew trees are often found in churchyards and as they live for a very long time they were often there before the churches were.
These berries are not in any churchyard but growing on a yew tree in Pollok Park.
