Long, cross country run with M and L (not that one). At least we aren’t doing the big hill out of Port Isaac, I thought.

A friend of mine held the Strava record for the hill for a while. M saw it as a challenge. And got it! And L got the women’s record. I was somewhere inbetween.

In the afternoon, took L to the mobile vets to look at a sore eye. Antibiotic eye drops!
