We’ve been running some sessions at a Summer School put on by a local secondary school this week which has been great, but quite exhausting straight off the back of Sail & Surf.

A stolen picture tonight but it was so lovely to get out with the Runlates group tonight. I flipping love this lot. I’ve always been afraid of joining a running club but this one is just wonderful.
