Date night: Carennac

Gratin de ravioli avec herbes to start, yum.  Anchaud de porc for main, which is a pork confit with duck fat.  It was served with mushroom sauce, puree of carrot and a small portion of roasted new potatoes.  Fruity local rosé to drink. Twenty four euros a head including aperitifs. Doesn't get much better.
