Selfie

Two sisters, Louise and Niki, take a selfie in our local reservoir while wildwater swimming.
 
Louise says she started swimming outdoors three years ago and now does it regularly in all weathers because its good for the immune system.
“ In winter I have had to break the ice to get in the water.”
