Casserole

Ready for tomorrow, I defrosted some diced venison (which I was fortunate to acquire a little while back ;-) ) and produced a hearty casserole with carrots, celery, onions, leeks peppers red and green. Seasoned with a few herbs, some garlic and juniper berries.
Looking forward to tucking into it.
