Hiding in the Grass

This fine specimen at the Charlecote Blipmeet today was trying to hide in the grass .  His antlers gave him away.  I can't tell you how fantastic it has been to meet up with a blippers' dozen of like minded people after such a long time.  Ok, we got a little wet and we ate a lot and we talked and talked and talked.  But it was like it was only a couple of weeks ago since we had met.  We just picked up and carried on from where we had left off.  Wonderful.

I know I was meant to be focussing on the deer and the architecture but I found some fungus which at first glance from 5 feet up looked like a primrose.  Does anyone know what it is?  shot in extras.
