Sleeping peacefully in their beds

Sunday's roast dinner was a rather fine small organic beef joint, with carrots, green beans, broccoli and, oh, yes, potatoes. Cathy has once again grown pink fur apples this year.  They are funny little spuds (to slightly misqoute "Ghostbusters"), but absolutely delicious boiled.  

If you only eat chips, baked or roasted potatoes, then these ugly little chaps won't interest you in the least.  But if you enjoy a fine waxy little new potato in a red wine gravy then these are to die for ....
