In color this time

Another beautiful sunset tonight. We've had wonderful clouds lately with the heavy humidity.

Got some good writing done today (quantity-wise; I'm not claiming anything about the quality :-)). Ran into some folks this morning whom we hadn't seen since before the pandemic started, and had a good catch-up. 

What I didn't blip today:
the fluorescent-green katydid glowing under the porch light; 
D. trying to chop cilantro (that was at work so I couldn't have, but he apparently struggled);
the woman up the street, bikini-clad, trying to gather their flock of chickens back into the coop for the night and calling "Come here, ya silly rooster!"

Off to Charlottesville tomorrow for a quick visit with I., and the boys are off to Ohio.
