2021 Sunday — Morning Walk

This photo is from late this morning. The high tide waves were reaching the 1st Street stairs. So I continued to walk another block north and then onto the sand and north beyond the pier.

The shore was littered with a jellyfish that resemble a clump of ice cubes stuck together (can’t remember their name).

Then I walked south and the tide had gone out just enough to climb the 1st Street stairs and then back to the house.

Lots and lots of seaweed on the shore; it’s kelp harvesting season.

We continue to watch the news from all over the world, and especially Afghanistan. We are praying and praying and praying for safe evacuations.
