Where's the Postie?

Not sure what I think about the security of the Royal Mail here. I guess the Postie was delivering up the close opposite. The band around the lamp post doesn't look particularly sturdy. On the positive side, it must allow the staff to deliver more items and save them carrying such heavy sacks.
