On reflection……

A lovely bouquet of flowers received today from W’s sister so they are ideal for a blip; taken in front of a mirror so some distortion of the one on the left.

I got annoyed with ‘Test and Trace’ today.  W got her test result around 4pm yesterday.  She got the email asking her to input all her ‘T&T’ details but because she didn’t deal with it straight away, by this morning she had received two follow-up e-mails.  She went online first thing and input everything and as she was about to finish, got a phone call from them wanting to go through it all which would only ‘take 25 minutes’.  We got rid of them on the basis she had just finished inputting all the details.  Around 3pm she got another phone call from them wanting to check everything she had input this morning which would only take ‘about 15 minutes’!  Bearing in mind she was not feeling at all well she passed the call to me and I told them the information we had input was entirely accurate and that we were not prepared to go through it all again.  Or words to that effect (I wasn’t rude!).  I know they have a job to do but that seemed entirely over the top.
