11 Weeks On

Well after weeks of chaos the roadworks on Pelham Bridge have finished .The bridge opened up for traffic at 4.00 this morning and no I didn't feel like getting up to blip the occasion . No royalty like when the queen officially opened it in June 1958 just the workmen removing the cones .
It was due to take 10 weeks so a 1 week overrun was not to bad. 
As you can see from this shot it was not very busy so either people had got use to going other ways or just didn't want to risk it this evening .
So after work a quick walk into town to blip the flowing traffic and then on to Heron to get a few bits but not everything as some items out of stock like everywhere else.
