Todmorden Town Hall

The Pediment of Todmorden's magnificent Grade 1 listed Town Hall depicts the cotton industry of Lancashire on the left side and the engineering and agriculture of Yorkshire on the right.   The old county boundary went straight through the middle of the building.   It was said that in the Ballroom you could waltz from county to county.
