Rare sighting

So today on my.morning run , I passed this on a main road! A rubbish lorry. rubbish not.emptied since end June were told be sorted by End July the pay dispute with Serco.. Now.nothing sorted can you believe 22nd October!!! so lot of smells in the air in our Borough


So this was.rather funny seeing this.
