Middle America

Back on a plane today as I grabbed a flight to St Louis and a short drive to Springfield Illinois for the AWWA section meeting. Here from my window I can see across the flat lands of middle America and the wonders of American cuisine (pictured). I have found some of the most wonderful food and drinks here in the USA. But for the most part I see this. And these chain strip mall outlets are all shit.
