Blast from the past!

My son got his Covid-19 vaccination letter on Friday so I took him for his first jab today. 

16-year-olds can't book an appointment and the nearest walk-in centre for teenagers was about an hour away but it was a really lovely drive and I still find it amazing that we can just walk in at a time to suit ourselves and get a vaccination... and for free. We are sooooooo lucky!

The centre was actually in a school where I'd spent some time during my PGCE year, which brought back some very happy memories.
