Eyelets

I fitted these eyelets to each side of my gazebo roof. The fabric has stretched since I put the gazebo up last year and I'm not always there when it rains and the weight of the water threatens to bring the roof down. I have seen me during the night going out and pushing the water out with a brush. That last heavy rain, the wife and I were struggling to get the water off. I'm now toying with the idea of linking them with pipe to drain off the water away from the gazebo. I found these plastic eyelets on the Internet which are ideal as drain holes. Now the weather is going to be lovely for a week with no sign of rain, so I will have to wait and see if they work.
