Tyne Sunset

We had another camera club walkabout this evening which finished off on the Quayside: the sunset colours were rather nice as you can see. From left to right there is The Baltic Flour Mill (now an art exhibition centre), The Sage music centre and the bridges (the nearest being the Millennium pedestrian/cycle bridge). The iconic "Tyne Bridge" currently has on it the insignia of the Great North Run half-marathon as this year's Run takes place on 12th September.
