A glorious sunny day . We met Steph and her twin girls and went down to the beach at Sandy Hills. The girls went for a swim and we had a paddle. After a picnic we went to Powillimount beach. We scrambled on the rocks enjoying the views. We found this dead Ray ( not sure what type ) floating in the water close to the cave entrance.

I left early to get back for work. I was back teaching a face to face intermediate yoga class in the evening. I had 11 in the room and 2 on Zoom.

When I got home my partner had cooked a lovely meal, which included home grown corn on the cob and Desiree potatoes. Yum !
