Fingers crossed

.. we get to live here. R put notes through a few houses we were interested in buying. These lovely people responded and we agreed to buy today. They are buying a new flat off plan to be ready next Yr so no chain and no mortgages involved..... fingers crossed. Blip and extra views from the townhouse.
I had a early run, we swam in the sea this afternoon and I had 2hrs tennis this evening. Lovely to bump into our daughter on the way to tennis too. Time to sleep....zzzz
