Pen and wash

I;m so glad to have found this book of sketches.   Some are in waterproof pen and some in pencil.  Either will take watercolour washes and bring them to life more.   The day I sketched these  the bride from a nearby wedding came down to paddle her feet.   She looked so grand in her wonderful bridal gown!  I coloured her golden because I recall the sun
was setting.  Love capturing life moments!
