Woke up at 6am early for me so fed the pooch before cracking on with work.

Took said pooch out for morning walk and bumped into Marty again her favourite fellow black lab friend.

L’s friend A tested positive for COVID but thankfully they’ve not seen each other for over a week so no isolation required.

Playing in my second ten pin bowling match tonight in the Premier League. Let’s see if we can make it two from two.
