Bloke with a barrel

The sun was out again today, but it still wasn't any warmer :-( I had hoped to get out in the sun but was waiting for a phone call (stupid gits said they would call "after lunch" which translated to about 17:30) By the time I went out, the sun had disappeared again.

There wasn't much going on around the Shore of interest so todays Blip is one of the little figures on the Merchant Navy Memorial, there are quite a few of these figures on the memorial representing different roles and occupations carried out by the Merchant Navy... including apparently leaning on barrels!
