Surrounded by trees

Having evenings off is new and interesting. Getting off work when the sun is still out is nice. I went for a bike ride today, my first ride in two months.

I rode on the C&O Canal Towpath instead of the usual GAP trail. I brought my camera backpack to see how that would go on the bike. It was totally fine. I hardly noticed it. I'll bring it when I ride with Jill so both of our cameras can come along.

I took a picture of this area last year but with a different lens. Now that I know I can easily ride with my camera bag, I might take my camera along on bike rides in the fall.
