Brougham Hall

Last day at work for a little while. I slotted in a swim afterwards.   L was out with her friend for the day and I met them afterwards at Brougham Hall.

Its a great place to visit, with enclosed grounds its a good sun-trap and there's a nice cafe run by 4Eden, our local Mencap (L would love a job there ….. one day, maybe).

Lots of independent makers  including a forge, two potters, painters, photographers. Plenty to see.

There are also endless arches and old bits of stone to photograph -  this is all I managed today. The sky really was that blue.
