Butterflies

I had a relaxed day today, had to go for a run in the morning because it was on my training plan but enjoyed the sunshine in the garden later in the afternoon. The buddleiea bush in the garden is getting hugely overgrown and really needs cutting back, but the benefit is the huge number of butterflies in the garden.
