Light

Another eight hours spent at Peter’s today but finally there’s some light at the end of the house-search tunnel. Firstly, someone bought the old decking that we’ve been advertising in the local paper and actually came & collected it - a very pleasant surprise! Then, not only did Peter like the flat that he viewed this morning but after tracking down the owners discovered he knew them quite well. A couple of phone calls later and the flat’s his to rent! He’ll have to get a kitchen installed which is a bit of a pain but in the grand scheme of things that’s not a biggie. The big question now is, how quickly can he get the keys - like tomorrow?!
Having a quiet night in now, a beer to hand and football in the telly. Storm Graz v NS Mura. Wish I could say it was riveting.
