I'm alive

I find it a miracle that some fir trees can survive on steep mountain walls, even on their own with no fellow trees around. The mountains themselves also look so majestic over here in Tyrol, Austria.

The title could also refer to my own feelings that I felt when I reached our lunch rendezvous today, after climbing from ca 1300 m to ca 1600 m height, and my heart was galloping like crazy most of the way. The view from the restaurant was awesome and it was great to have lunch with my wife enjoying her skiing in the sun - this all making the climb worthwile.

And naturally, I love the golden oldie from the Hollies.
