Graze

The long shadows of the late afternoon spread across the pastures. 

I’d skipped my usual lunchtime walk - work meetings are getting more frequent as the start of term approaches -  but it was still pleasant out at the end of the day.

I disturbed one Wall butterfly as it was settling in to roost. In the woods the Fly Agaric fungi is starting to show - a sure sign that autumn is around the corner.
