Hips

Lots of beautiful red hips this year on the Rosa glauca in the 'yard.

Enjoyed a coffee with Jacqui this morning. Dashed home for a delicious fish & chip lunch cooked by MrM - we're lucky that the fish van stops outside the gate once a week. Then more painting in the hall - first coat of eggshell on the the fiddly window frame, among other things.

Yoga early evening. And breathe...

Good to chat with Lucy later on. We arranged a date for her to come and stay next month. Good, I thought, plenty of time to finish the hall beforehand. Then realised that it's only two weeks away...
