Rhubarb

After the success of our blackberry and apple crumble the other night my friend bought me some rhubarb into work today. There’s plenty to make a crumble but I need inspiration for what to do with the rest. I did find some interesting cocktails with rhubarb in.
Today felt quite cold, I wore a light cardigan all day even when the sun briefly peeper through.
