Wedding cake

Today we attended the wedding of S and J - a very happy occasion and we were delighted that the mother of 2 of our grandchildren, who was never actually married to our son who died,  has at last met a man who will care for her.

Our granddaughter bravely spoke of how her dad would have been pleased to see her mum happy and in love.

The cake was made by the mother of one of S’s friends and how appropriate it was !
