little fireworks

The hypericum flowers are going over now but are still very pretty. Good to get the little berries at the same time.

We both went to Kathy and Jim’s today to paint their room with the first coat. It’s looking good, she’s chosen a lovely bright yellow called buttered corn. It’ll need the second coat tomorrow. They came back with us and we all had fish’n’chips from the Ratby chippy.
