Through the window!

A friend kindly took me for a meal tonight as a belated birthday treat. There was a lovely sunset and from my seat I had a view of the sun through the window - the logo on the window made for a fun blip. Looks like I’ve been trying a bit of digital art!

Was a hectic day with some highs and lows - the highs being a full house of friendly women at our breakfast networking meeting , a lovely bunch of sunflowers and roses from a thoughtful pal, and a good meeting with my father in law to help him plan a project. The big low was meeting up with a friend who appears to be heading for a mental health crisis. That was a big worry, seems so little you can do to help.
