Today we walked to Devon and back.

Sounds like a big achievement but we're virtually on the border anyway but it was a lovely walk to Cannington Viaduct for a picnic lunch then towards Uplyme before diverting into the countryside again and crossing a lovely unspoilt meadow. 

We had dinner at our accommodation then walked to the Marine Theatre for the first night of the folk weekend. The extra is of the stage before things started as we waited, full of anticipation, for our first live gig since before lockdown and what a gig it was, way beyond any expectation we might have had!

The walk home was under a bright, starry night sky.
