Work in progress

For some reason the photo of this oil painting on canvas shows up not to clearly but I decided to use it anyway since I didn't have anything else to blip today.  I started this painting before Covid and the canvas sat for over a year only half done.  When restrictions were lifted and I was able to get back to art classes in person I was finally able to work on it again.  It's nearly finished and I don't mind saying it wasn't easy.  I've never done a portrait in oil before.  It was really challenging.  I do like the way it's come out though and a few more hours work and I'll be able to frame it.
