Down In London

I've been in London for a few days.

Spotted this unfortunate chap who was obviously trying to stay warm in the chilly conditions.

I was unable to have a chat with him as he was already being talked to by a couple of the capitals Police so cant say much more about him.
Appears like the authorities 'clear' the streets of the homeless as I saw a lot less than I would of in Manchester.
