A beautiful sunny start to the day.

I do like a sunflower - and I saw this one on the edge of a field on my walk early this morning. Managed to get down low to include the blue sky (rather than the pylons directly behind). The sun was still very low and the texture of the petals and seeds really shows up nicely. There was still moisture on some of the petals. Looks better in LARGE

A laundry day - taking advantage of the warm weather to dry stuff outside.

We are having Tarka Masala for tea tonight - it’s a bit like Tikka but just a little ‘otter  :-)
