Anemone

Backblip Friday. I think the Japanese anemones are more prolific than ever this year in The Cotswolds. They must have loved the conditions this year. 

We do have some charming gardens in Bourton. Each morning they were here Irene and Alison did a 6am walk (about 90 mins) and commented on the wonderful smells of flowers and herbs as they past the gardens and allotments. They also managed to surprise some locals having an early morning half naked stretch in their garden!
