The last few days have passed pleasantly. Thursdays highlight was a visit with LBB to Brockholes bird reserve where we treated ourselves to lunch. Friday was made special by sharing a fire with friends and seeing the stars come out. It was lovely to catch up with them . Today’s delight was to spend the entire morning with my daughter, Jess. We had a delicious cooked vegan breakfast in the sunny garden of a small cafe in Ribchester followed by a walk in the sunshine along the River Ribble.
We chatted none stop .
Tomorrow, Arthur will spend his first night here without his mummy putting him to bed . He has slept here quite a bit but Jess has always piut him to bed first and then slept in the attic so that he doesn’t know she is here . Tomorrow it’s just us .
He is not a keen sleeper so it could be fun and games .
