Parkrun

Forgive me please for this audacious blip today. It’s been a challenging day and I’ve been otherwise occupied.

It started well, though, with my first park run of this decade on this improved and more challenging course. I was quite pleased with my performance. Not a pb but pretty solid under the circumstances.
