Well I don't know about you, but I can taste the bread already.
Many years ago when we lived in Kent, people running a working mill tried setting a world record for the time taken from reaping the corn, through getting it to the mill, grinding it, kneading the dough, baking it and slicing it onto a plate. I don't recall whether such a record even exists, let alone whether they set it, but it must have been fun.
Just butter on mine, while it's hot please!
