Bucket Potatoes

Annie’s step mum arrived this morning to stay with us for a few days. We spent the afternoon in the garden doing a few jobs. We decided it was time to try the potatoes we’d grown in a bucket from a couple of potatoes that had gone to seed. They were picked and eaten as part of a very tasty dinner this evening.

We were out this evening with the Aylesbury Wombles. Aylesbury had its annual “Party in the Park” today with live music this evening. After having a fund (and awareness) raising stand at the event all day, tonight once the live music was over at 9.30pm, we set to work to clear up after the revellers. It was good fun and there was plenty of public support with many people trying their best to leave the park tidy.
