Kirsten

Took our dil Kirsten (with crown of cloud!) to the ferry this morning so she could walk on, take a taxi from ferry to the border (less than 1/2 hour) walk across and meet Peter who drove up  (close to 2 hours)  on the US side.   He would have come back if it hadn’t been for the covid tests.    “Piece of cake” she said….and she saw Orcas from the ferry!  She’s been a big help these extra few days…she loves the solitude and the outdoors here…and we worked out the next PT for my hip (and shoulder)  She works professionally with children all week but says its sort of the same as old people!    Lucky me!  (extra..she’s showing me some move in the boat!)   Then we shopped on Galiano and dumped the garbage bags. (some seen in boat on way) what a great service this is!…other extra: the boat in marina for return trip..produce,  a few groceries, wine ,and a bag of birdseed.    Big outing for us…. and tonight we’ve been invited across the bay for dinner at the neighbors.   Maybe another extra later….. see Here
Then we are set for awhile by ourselves!!  :-)
