I got these flowers last friday and they still look great....lovely.
I woke up feeling lousy today but feel fine now - it was a lazy day - a day to do little and catch up on some sleep, do a tiny bit of work, eat well, enjoy the Friday coffee, and now cheap sushi with the kids. Diving into holiday. I have to work some - but I feel as if space has opened up and I have some room to take care of myself and those around me....and to spend some time organizing this life of mine :-)

This photo isnt brilliant - lousy light - but I actually spent about 20 min just trying different angles - a sign that I have some free time...lovely :-)
