Paradise

Hot and humid trail walk with Miya and my husband. This barn sits along the trail near a coffee shop in the woods. Miya swam in the stream several times along the way and even made friends with a three year old that also like the water.
My cold still has me tired out after the two miles. I still have the cough that hits hard a few time a day. Pretty low key the day. An hour in the pool. Went to dinner at a Thai restaurant with friends. Night time cough meds before bed to top off my glass of wine. Hopefully I sleep well!
